Our Leadership
Glenn Bowman
Co-Founder, President and CEO
Glenn brings a background in orthobiologics sales and business development, including leadership roles at Integra LifeSciences and SeaSpine. He co-founded Promethean Restorative in 2023 and has helped guide its implant development and manufacturing partnerships, including its collaboration with Amnovis on titanium 3D printing.
Sean Dugan
Chief Commercial Officer
Sean co-founded Promethean Restorative alongside Glenn Bowman in 2023, helping establish the company’s focus on thoughtfully designed sacroiliac joint implants and instrumentation. He serves as Chief Commercial Officer as the company expands its presence in the orthopedic market.
Casey Kindel, CSCP
Vice President of Operations
Casey brings more than 17 years of experience in the orthopedic implant industry to Promethean Restorative. His background in medical device management supports his operations role, and the company has recognized his contributions to its successful MDSAP audit and ISO 13485:2016 certification.
Chase Blackwell, MBA, M.S.
Engineer
Chase combines a mechanical engineering background with graduate business education from the University of Tennessee. At Promethean Restorative, he serves as an engineer and was recognized by the company for his contributions to its successful MDSAP audit and ISO 13485:2016 certification.
