About the NASS 2026 Annual Meeting
The North American Spine Society (NASS) holds its 41st annual meeting at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. This year, the theme is The Connected Spine. Each year, the meeting brings together spine surgeons, researchers and industry teams to share new research and technology. In addition, the exhibit hall gives attendees a chance to meet device companies and see new products in person.

Why Design Matters to Us
For us, design matters because every detail of an implant and its instruments has a job to do. That is why we look forward to these conversations with surgeons and partners at the NASS annual meeting.
This year also brings news to share. In January 2026, the DYNAMIS Navigation System received FDA 510(k) clearance, so we can now talk with surgeons about navigation as well. As a result, NASS 2026 is a great time to see how the system has grown since we showcased DYNAMIS at NASS 2025 in Denver.
According to its Instructions for Use (IFU-SI-01 Rev C), the DYNAMIS Implant System has these indications:
The DYNAMIS® Implant System is indicated for sacroiliac joint fusion for: Sacroiliac joint dysfunction including sacroiliac joint disruption and degenerative sacroiliitis. Augmenting immobilization and stabilization of the sacroiliac joint in skeletally mature patients undergoing sacropelvic fixation as part of a lumbar or thoracolumbar fusion. The DYNAMIS® Implant System is also indicated for fracture fixation of the pelvis, including acute, non-acute and nontraumatic fractures.
