Promethean Restorative 2025: A Breakthrough Year

2025 was a breakthrough year for Promethean Restorative, with FDA 510(k) clearances, U.S. growth and new surgeon partnerships.
Promethean Restorative 2025 Summary

2025 was a breakthrough year for Promethean Restorative. Over the past twelve months, we grew our team, our reach and our partnerships. We also introduced solutions designed to move sacroiliac joint (SIJ) care forward, not blend into it. Above all, the year confirmed a belief that guides everything we build: design matters.

Looking back, everyone at Promethean Restorative is proud of what we accomplished together in 2025. Highlights from the year include:

  • Multiple FDA 510(k) clearances for our technology
  • Expanding approvals on hospital system contracts
  • Substantial growth across the United States
  • Distributor partnerships built around innovation rather than commoditization
  • A growing team focused on precision, performance and clinical value

In short, we are not trying to be just another option in the market. Instead, we focus on thoughtfully engineered solutions for SI joint care.

Design Matters: The DYNAMIS Implant System

That focus shows in our core product, the DYNAMIS Implant System. It pairs a 3D printed titanium implant with advanced instrumentation for stabilizing and fusing the SI joint. In addition, its compression thread design is built around three goals: compression, stabilization and fixation.

During the year, we also showcased DYNAMIS at booth #706 at NASS 2025 in Denver.

According to its Instructions for Use (IFU-SI-01 Rev C), the DYNAMIS Implant System has these indications:

The DYNAMIS® Implant System is indicated for sacroiliac joint fusion for: Sacroiliac joint dysfunction including sacroiliac joint disruption and degenerative sacroiliitis. Augmenting immobilization and stabilization of the sacroiliac joint in skeletally mature patients undergoing sacropelvic fixation as part of a lumbar or thoracolumbar fusion. The DYNAMIS® Implant System is also indicated for fracture fixation of the pelvis, including acute, non-acute and nontraumatic fractures.

Partnering With Surgeon Thought Leaders

Strong partnerships with surgeons also shaped our year. For example, our team is honored to work with Dr. Saman Shabani, MD, FAANS, FCNS, at the Medical College of Wisconsin. We look forward to learning from his extensive experience in SI joint fusion and spinal deformity.

We are also excited to collaborate with orthopedic surgeon Dr. Joseph Laratta on SI joint fusion. Together, we share a commitment to supporting exceptional patient care.

Partnerships like these create meaningful opportunities to exchange knowledge and advance best practices. Ultimately, the goal is better care for patients.

Thank You From Promethean Restorative for a Meaningful 2025

Finally, thank you to our distributor partners, surgeon thought leaders and team for making 2025 such a meaningful year. We are grateful for the growth, partnerships and momentum that made this year possible.

With a strong foundation in place, we are entering 2026 with momentum, and there is more to come. Contact our team to learn more about Promethean Restorative.
